Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty

Ashton Blaise Whitty is an American actress, born in Berkeley on October 1, 1995. She is an actor, known for Choices (2010), The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2006) and Chrissie Mayr's Content House

Asia Argento was raised in Rome by a filmmaker as well as an actor family. Both professions she pursued herself. At nine years of age she made her feature film debut alongside Sergio Citti in Sogni e bisogni. She played the leading role in Cristina Comencini's Zoo (1988) and also appeared in Michele Soavi's 1989 feature film The Church. Later in the year, she was Nanni Moretti's daughter in Red Wood Pigeon (1989) (also directed by Moretti). Close Friends, written and directed by Michele Placido in 1992, was the point where Asia's acting career started off. As she grew older, playing girl roles, she went on to more complicated and mature characters. The film was well-received at the Cannes International Film Festival. Trauma (1996) and The Stendhal Sydrome are the other films she has collaborated on with her renowned father. The Phantom of the Opera, which was made together with her father who passed away, is the third of three films she's worked on. The other two were Trauma and The Stendhal Syndrome. Giuseppe Piccioni utilized her intense and intense acting style in the film Condannato a Nozze. In addition, she had a prominent role in the international cast of Queen Margot directed by Patrice Chereau. In 1995, she collaborated with Michel Piccoli in Peter Del Monte's Traveling Companion , which again earned her a David di Donatello and a Grolla oro. Asia began directing for profession in 1994. After directing numerous music videos, she gave birth to her first child, Anna Lou. In 2002, Asia starred as a character in The Red Siren with Jean Marc Barr, and Rob Cohen's Action-Thrille, directed by Vin Diesel. Asian's short stories have appeared in high-profile publications.
